دور الاتحاد السوفيتي في مفاوضات حرب فيتنام (1968- 1973)

يتناول البحث دور الاتحاد السوفيتي في مفاوضات حرب فيتنام بداية من عام 1968، وهو العام الذي بدأت فيه هذه المفاوضات نتيجة جهود الاتحاد السوفيتي في تقريب وجهات النظر بين أطراف الحرب من أجل الوصول إلى حل سلمي، ورغم انطلاق المفاوضات في هذا العام فإنها لم تستطع الوصول إلى نتيجة ترضي جميع الأطراف؛ ولهذا استمر دور الاتحاد السوفيتي في تقريب وجهات النظر من خلال سلسلة من الاجتماعات والرسائل المتبادلة مع أطراف المفاوضات من أجل إنهاء الحرب، ولقد استمر هذا الدور هكذا حتى عام 1973، وهو العام الذي انتهت فيه المفاوضات بعقد اتفاقية أنهت الحرب، وهي الاتفاقية التي تعرف باتفاقية باريس للسلام.



The present paper deals with the role of the Soviet Union in the negotiations of the Vietnam War from 1968, in which year those negotiations started as a result of the efforts of the Soviet Union to bridge the views between the war parties in order to reach a peaceful solution. Despite the launch of negotiations that year, they were unable to reach a result that satisfies all the parties. As such, the role of the Soviet Union continued to bring the points of view closer through a series of meetings and exchanged letters with the parties to those negotiations in order to end the war. This role continued until 1973, in which year the negotiations ended with the conclusion of the treaty that ended the war, what is commonly known as the Paris Peace Agreement.
