طرق التخلص من المعارضين في العصر العباسي ( 132-656هـ/750-1258م) حرق البشر الأحياء أنموذجاً

هدَفَ البحث  تسليط الضوء علي ظاهرة  حرق البشر أحياء کأحد وسائل العقاب في العصر العباسي ، وذلک لإماطة اللثام عن جوانب هذه الظاهرة والکشف عن أسبابها ودوافعها وطرقها المختلفة ، ورصد لبعض الحالات التي کان الحرق مصيرها ، ومناقشتها بموضوعية دون انحياز،  وبعيداً عن المغالاة والمغالطات التي دفعت بالبعض اتخاذ مثل هذه الظواهر الفردية إثباتاً لدموية العالم الإسلامي ، وبذلک قسم البحث إلي ثلاث مباحث تبدأ بمقدمة ،  ثم  المبحث الأول يتناول نبذة حول ظاهرة حرق الأحياء ليشمل التعريف بالظاهرة وتاريخها ومعرفة حکم الشريعة الإسلامية في الحرق ، ثم  المبحث الثاني يتناول الحرق لمعارضة فکر الدولة ومنهجها. أما  المبحث الثالث فيتضمن الحرق لمعارضة الأسرة الحاکمة، ويليه خاتمة بأهم النتائج التي توصلتُ إليها من خلال البحث .
Abstract:
The Aim of the research is to shed light on the phenomenon of ‘’Burning People Alive as one of the Means of Punishment in the Abbasid Era’’, in order to uncover the aspects of this phenomenon and to reveal its various causes, motives, methods, and to monitor some of the cases whose fate was burning, in addition to discuss them objectively without bias, also away from the exaggerations and fallacies which made a Few took such individual phenomena as a proof of the bloodiness of the Islamic world. Thus this research has been divided into three topics that begin with an Introduction, then the first topic copes with a brief on the phenomenon of ‘’burning alive’’ to include the definition of the phenomenon, history, and knowledge of the rule of Islamic law in burning. Then the second topic approaches burning in opposition to the state’s thought and method. As for the third topic’’ The Burning to Oppose the Dynasty’’, followed by a conclusion with the most important results that I reached through the research..
